TLDR: Illegal immigrants probably have around 0.03% of the country's wealth and their negative tax costs represent about 1% of the total national tax pie. Their existence is irrelevant to US society and yet they have been scapegoated for 4 years by the GOP as the largest ill in US society.

Details:
According to Pew Research, the 11 million illegals in America have a median household income of $36,000, with an average household size of 3 people
https://www.pewresearch.org/hispanic/2009/04/14/iv-social-and-economic-characteristics/

Per the Tax Policy Center, a household income of $36,000 would put the household at the 2nd lowest income quintile.
https://www.taxpolicycenter.org/statistics/household-income-quintiles

Per this link, households in the second lowest income quintile have just $7,000 in net worth.
https://www.thebalance.com/american-net-worth-by-state-metropolitan-4135839

So, i don't think it's crazy to say that each illegal immigrant in America has just $3,500 in net worth. Multiply that by 11 million and you have just $38.5 billion in net worth.

Per Reuters, total US household net worth is $113.5 trillion.
https://www.reuters.com/article/us-usa-economy-wealth/u-s-household-net-worth-113-5-trillion-in-second-quarter-2019-idUSKBN1W51Y5

So the entire net worth of all 11 million illegals, as a share of the total wealth of America, is 0.00033480176, or 0.03% of the country's wealth.

Their negative tax impact on the country, across federal, state and local governments, is about 1 / 100 of the total tax pie, or about 1.2%. I base this on data that says total US government spending (federal/state/local) was about $8 trillion last year, and then factor in the highest estimates of the negative tax impact of illegal immigrants which is $100 billion. Note that these $100 billion estimates include the tax costs of the 6 million or so American citizens who were born to illegal immigrants.

The right's reaction to these people really is kind of surprising. This country would collapse without them.
Maybe next year...

Much longer than 4 years. Reagan giving asylum to illegals is probably what broke the GOP.

Keeping in mind though that the vast majority of Americans responsible for hiring illegal workers are Republicans, unless someone wants to seriously argue that slaughterhouses and massive factory farms are all run by Democrats. But remember, liberals are the real problem here because they want to treat illegals like humans.

There's actually 20 million undocumented immigrants in the USA today not 10 million. The numbers have risen since 09

Stimulating fear of the outsider is a time tested way to get people on your side and voting.

"It costs us money to send illegal immigrant children to school!!!"

You know that it costs MORE to send native-born children to school, right? Because children of immigrants don't start at kindergarten, they are halfway through school.

Also their parents are people we didn't have to pay to go to school. While we had to pay for the parents of native-born to go to school.

lol I wonder if Sam-os IMP actually expected people to follow the links in that third graphic.

Let's start with the fact that "fairus.org" is classified as a hate group.
