Of course, the courts will probably throw it out because Boehner has an avenue with which he can get rid of the President's executive action, he can pass a bill.

the President very clearly abusing his powers and took action in an area not delegated to him by the constitution, in fact an area specifically delegated to Congress. As one of the powers of Congress is to establish the rule of naturalization, a power never mentioned nor given to the Executive Office, it's a definite fact that the President violated the constitution and I believe he deserves punishment for it.

Unfortunately the SC doesn't care and our political leaders have found every trick in the book to do whatever they want without recourse. They have exploited the system to the point it just seems rotten to the core.

Wut? We have a process for immigration into the country. If the process is not like it should be changed like all bills bot just ignored. That's lawless. WTF is so hard to understand about that?
