Version on my Switch says I have a full Kanto dex. Mobile says I’m missing about 5. Yet they’re the same account.

What’s the issue here?

If recently deposited in Home there can be a delay with Home Mobile.

Try deleting the Cache on the mobile app to force an update

This did give me a few extra entries, but I’m still missing Mewtwo, Mew, and Moltres even though they’re in my Home.

Try moving their box position in Switch Home and then checking mobile

And now after clearing my cache, mobile Home won’t open. Got in once, but now hangs up on the “master data loading” screen.
