I don't know if there's a topic for this already, as I did look up several terms and found nothing:

They're all Normal/Normal, have no abilities, have 0 in all stats, and use Pikachu as a placeholder model. But their full movesets are there.

...Because in this particular case, more Pokemon being added in the future could make or break the game for a lot of people? Like in Smash when there's a leak it's whatever since it's a single character that could get added. With this it gives hope for everybody to get their favorite Pokemon at some point.

Shocker: that's a big deal in a game about collecting them.
