I have four in storage, and not sure what to do with them. I know with Pascal it's once a day, but can you ever redeem ones you've already collected?

Give one to Blathers & your once daily to Pascal, other than keeping one for display in your house or giving them as gifts to villagers there's no reason to keep them.
