I'm at about Chapter 3 or 4 in the game at the moment (I forget which), does anyone else here hate Matock? At least with Blue, the game doesn't tell you he's your friend, but this kid.... Always berating, saying he's better than you, and picks fights with you so often, I swear over half the fights so far have been against him alone (never mind how obsessed he is with one-upping you for..... Reasons?) Honestly, Matock would probably turn into a villain just to one-up you. How would you feel if a new Pokemon Rival was like a very punchable kid like him? |
