Out of curiosity, how good is the translation quality on the physical release? I’m always a bit worried about the English in Asian region games. I’ve heard the quality can be wildly unpredictable from game to game.

IIRC, it's identical to the American version. Translated by native (or at least highly fluent) English speakers. There are a couple slightly mistranslated item and effect descriptions, but nothing major. The script reads like a standard Bamco anime game translation.

Well, that’s mostly good news.

Are the same items mistranslated in the English version? Also, is there a list of these items somewhere?

As the Switch version of the game is banned in my country and only the censored PS4 version is on sale digitally I ordered the Asian version. Good to know the translation is good. I hope it is worth it since with shipping and EU taxes it got to 67 USD despite the Black Friday sale.

Most is pretty good. Some stuff drives me crazy like changing Nanami's nickname from Nana to Mimi.
