Context: Just for people who show up late, if you submitted a support ticket on the Bethesda site some users were able to view and access all customer support tickets including the photos required to receive the canvas bag replacement. OPs message was deleted but the forum here has the summary & response.

Basically for 2 hours people on Bethesda.net could see all support ticket info and personal information.

Remember all those movies from the 80s where kids switched places with adults and went to their jobs and did better at them? Bethesda is showing out us how that sort of thing would really work out.

It's too easy at this point, where's the fun at laughing at a company who's constantly performing PR suicide?

How hard is it just to have those tickets sitting on some idle server FFS? Idiots. You can just ignore them.
