Well I suppose it also depends on if you want to use normal Mewtwo, or Mega Mewtwo X or Y.

I make mine so that it can use either mega to suit the occasion

Brick break
Recover
Psychic
Shadow Ball

Because it is a generalist, it doesn’t get the benefits of specializing but it covers weaknesses and can go either way.

The best Mewtwo moveset was way back in Gen 1, before natures existed. Psychic, Amnesia, Recover, Swift/Reflect/Thunderbolt.
Got a minute? You might learn something.
