i've played about an hour so far. it's not great, but it's not terrible. $20 seems like the "right" price to me.
it half wants to be an arcadey game (there's no bullet drop and wind doesn't affect it either) and half wants to be a sim (wind, smell, and sight all determine how the animal reacts. you've gotta sneak around). i wish it would just commit to one of the other, TBH.
it's not as good as thehunter call of the wild, at all. everything about that game is better. everything.
but if you wanna do some portable hunting and can find it for $20 or less, it seems worth it. there's a ton of stuff to do. weapons/items to unlock. animals to shoot. maps to hunt in. different game modes.
