How quickly did it go out?
(edited 2 days ago)
It kinda fizzled out pretty quickly after it released, but I wouldn't particularly call it a failure. It just needed a little more to have a lasting effect on people. I think that a sequel or something could do that though.

It wasn't a Smash success, but for a new IP it did respectably, and there are still people that swear by it.

It did fizzle, but it's clear Nintendo still has a vested interest in keeping ARMS alive, so I wouldn't call it a failure either.

Basically as Hacked said, it didn't have much lasting impact but it wasn't a failure of a game, it certainly sold solid enough. It could get better with a sequel if they took a stab at it, the game isn't exactly the most replayable thing in the world so fixing that would be a good start.

Hello to people who exist. If you don't exist, tough luck pal. Some random didn't say hello, take an axe to his face.

When compared to other big name switch titles, a complete failure.

It died so fast by the time I got a switch the game was looooong dead and I ionl remembered it the minute spring man was an AT
