I really miss some good prime Nintendo content, and even the additions to existing titles feel very weak (my opinion).

Compared to my other consoles, my switch arsenal feels really slim and that is kinda saddening as Nintendo always was my go to platform of gaming.

Do you feel the same?

The way DLC is nowadays is the main reason for me probably. The base games almost feel lackluster or even incomplete and then they release the rest of the content later; Kirby Star Allies, Pokémon, Fire Emblem: Three Houses, and even this game did this. Gamecube and Wii were probably the best era for Nintendo, now it’s kind of silly we have to expect the full game to be finished like a year after it’s initially released.

Nintendo lost its touch a long time ago, I literally have a Switch only because I wanted to play as Ridley in Smash.
They come up with some great game every 2-3 years and that's that.

Coronavirus is hitting hard this year, and it shows. Just about everything from this direct is out by June. Hell, Bravely 2 still got a demo shadow drop.

2019 was fantastic for them though. Just don’t expect much for this year.

This year has been pretty bad. That said my switch library is way better than my PS4 one.

Pretty much. SNES to GC is peak Nintendo, but from the Wii onwards they kinda became lame.
