Banjo-Kazooie in Smash completes me in so many ways

And personally I absolutely had to pick no order for soundtracks

Spiral Mountain
Freezey Peak
Click Clock Woods (all of them because they are that gewd)
Mingy Jongo
Gruntilda's Castle

-Grove Street 4 Life-

Who’s your main in Ultimate?

Haven’t talked to you in like two or three years, I think.
Boy oh boy I cannot wait to splatter all over the Smash cast
But why would I when I could instead play Pokemon Mystery Dungeon?

I'm trying to make it Banjo and Kazooie but I'd have to say it's DK for sure, I know him the best.

This is true, I wondered where you went off to. I sent you a message a while ago, I was hoping to play the game together if you had any free time at all.

Glad to hear, I felt the same way. Remembering the Grinch leak made me think about how much I wanted it to be real only for Banjo. To have it to be real is incredible and reignited my interest for the game. I'd have to say it's on the level of Cloud making Smash 4 fun for me.

Between the two, I have to lean toward Banjo Tooie for the expansive experience they went for and I really enjoyed. Banjo Kazooie is definitely the "better" game and I can see that from an action packed standpoint, there isn't a standstill. Moment to moment, you're engaged in the world and the tiny sequences you go out of your way to explore aren't a chore in the same way Banjo Tooie might've given the players going off of Banjo Kazooie.

I'm kind of this way too. I played BK first, but found Tooie to be a great sequel that improved on the original in a lot of ways. In the last ten years or so, I've come to sort of like BK more than BT, mainly for the reasons that you gave, but it's a very close comparison between the two, and I don't find BT's flaws nearly as much of a problem as some people make them out to be. The more complex levels like Grunty Industries and Cloud Cuckooland are just fun to complete because of all the work you have to put into them.
I do Let's Plays (mostly Nintendo stuff), so check them out or whatever.

Definitely, the flaws the game has aren't nearly enough to warrant the misconstrued disappointment many had with the game. Again, I can see why people were deterred, it certainly isn't the same experience many hoped for going into it.

Pushing that ice block into the water was the highlight of my day when I did that quest. I finally made the water not hot.
