I don't know much about photosensitivity, but try to avoid putting yourself in situations where you could see Joker's FS (i.e don't enable the Smash ball or FS meter when someone's using Joker). That's sadly all you can do really.

If the game causes him a seizure as he claims, then he simply shouldnt be playing. Entertaining the TC is telling the truth, thats simply life. Video games can cause seizures, its not a secret. So playing one anyway despite you having a history of seizures is literally putting yourself at risk.
