If he's not Human than neither is Cap , Spider-man, or Scarlet which. That's like saying someone with a disease genetic disorder or mutation(which Banner may have all three) is no longer human.

I think that if you're an average dude living on the MCU version of Earth then as far as you're aware, the Hulk is some giant green smashy dude that eventually became smart. I'd think as far as their aware he's a jolly green monster thing.

If kids run a tribute to a random collection of heroes there is no way it's not common knowledge who he is.

Yea his identity is definitely public and was likely public by the point of the incredible hulk movie.

That's not what happened at all. They didn't "give" the licenses to Sony and Fox, they sold them in order to prevent bankruptcy.
