921 anime episodes at 21 minutes per episode.
921 * 21 = 19341 minutes
19341 / 60 minutes = 322.35 hours
Then add in the movies, which Im assuming are all around 90 minutes long
20 movies * 90 minutes = 1800 minutes
1800 minutes / 60 = 30 hours.
30 hours of movie + 322.35 hours of anime = 352.35 hours of pokemon
352.35 / 24 = 14.68125 days of pokemon anime watching.

If a network were to run an Every. Pokemon. Ever marathon (akin to FXX's Every. Simpsons. Ever.)... Let's just go with the dub so far. That's 902 episodes, minus Beauty and the Beach (and we'll also deduct Holiday Hi-Jynx, Stage Fight, and the Mandarin Island Miss Match) which would total 898 episodes. Divide by 48.. it would run for over 18 days! (And that's not counting the movies and specials and whatnot)

Do either of you sleep? If they're marathoning it 24/7, I'd want to know where the sections with several hours of continuous filler are.

Yes, I do sleep. I'm just being hypothetical. (Although, based on stuff I've read, there were some people who did sacrifice sleep for the Every. Simpsons. Ever. marathon. But that thing lasted twelve days! I myself did just tune in every time I was in front of a TV screen, but I did not adjust my schedule accordingly or try to stay up late just to watch more Simpsons.)

I don't think Boom or CN would ever run an Every. Pokemon. Ever marathon anyway. Its fanbase just isn't as strong as The Simpsons'.

I'm still in the process of buying every episode and movie on DVD. I nearly have all of them!

Wow, that is a nice collection. What are you missing? (Besides the obvious unreleased Johto episodes)

I would love for the Pokemon TV app to have Every. Pokemon. Ever. like how the FXX app has Every. Simpsons. Ever., but I doubt that'll ever happen given the difference in target audiences, fanbase size, and commercialism of the former.

(Though that didn't stop Hulu and Yugioh.com from having Every. Yu-Gi-Oh!. Ever... pre ARC-V. Then again, older Yu-Gi-Oh! cards are a lot more widespread that older Pokemon merchandise.)

I'm missing both Johto collections, as well as Mewtwo Returns and the upcoming XY Kalos set. Also Advanced have not been rereleased yet, and I believe Master Quest as well.

Unless things changed Pokemon Chronicles never got a US DVD release and that irritated me. Thankfully I've seen the whole series now thanks to Youtube. As big as Pokemon is I've always been surprised they never have attempted to run a spinoff like that along with the main series. I guess with Chronicles they did for awhile but I'm thinking something more long term. I know people would lose it if they ever did a full series following Red based off the reception Origins got.
