Actually, the modifier is in HR. In base game, they increased all damage dealt during HR quests. They also had a number set for how much damage should increase by in G-Rank, but when Iceborne was made, they decided not to inflate damage.

Lol, well, same results, but that’s really weird.
Support for optimism: Nearly everyone I meet is some poor sod who doesn't realize what they've got, and I'm the worst offender.
