Sorry, I meant to put Tempered High Rank. For example, Tempered HR Toaster or Normal MR Toaster, which one is stronger damage-wise?

HR Tempered < HR AT-Monsters = MR monsters < MR T1/T2 Tempered < AL/Extremoth < MR T2/T3 Tempered

Disagree. AT-monsters were much harder with HR gear than standard MR monsters were with MR gear.

it's not a matter of opinions, their stats are objectively lower than MR monsters

MR monsters' stats will stay higher than ATs regardless of hunter stats
