Continuity of World, but with better skill with their new engine.

Best case scenario (which won't happen of course) is a remake of FU or 3U with current gen graphics or a new Switch non-World Monster Hunter game.

With World clutch claw, any/all mmo-ish content, guiding lands to go away forever and underwater has to return with all the leviathans (which also won't happen).

won't change this sig until pittsburgh steelers gets their 7th ring

Isn’t the basis of gacha the same as drops? In that sense, we’ve always had gacha set-ups.
gacha would be you trying to get a sky emerald and instead getting a potion from a carve.

I thought this was "what do you think MH will do", not "what do you want MH to do".
Hypnocatrice is awesome.

@Mimic22 They're using the same engine. It's just a slightly updated version. Unless you mean with the RE7 engine?

To add to what nuke said, they were never able to literally "copy-paste" Monsters from one game into the next and be done with it. Nerscylla was supposed to be in Monster Hunter Generations, but they couldn't get her moving properly, so they cut her and didn't bring her back until GenUlt.

What's weird is with the Barioth info with gameinformer they said they sort of can do that for monsters that are returning which contradicts what they said about the base game where they originally said they built the returning monsters from scratch. But apparently as long as the design exists they can copy paste it and they said they can do the same for weapons easily.

A lot of the info we got out of gameinformer back then and Iceborne in general contradicted what was said about the base game. So someones lying somewhere or it's some extreme translation issue.

I'm sure all returning monsters are fairly easy to get in. They probably just touch up the model in Zbrush bit I doubt they started from m the ground up.
