It's also happened rather frequently to me in the last few days. I've never had this issue before in 1000+ hours of gameplay.

Turned off my PS4 and it went away for a little while, then back again.

I literally got new internet because this game made me think I had s***ty internet. It still sucks though. Although I've had this problem in regular World and Iceborne, so maybe I just had 2 different s***ty internets

People saying "it's your internet" are flat out wrong on all fronts.

Just because you may be fine doesn't mean there's not a problem for other people.

Yes, and the problem is your internet.

Case in point - I actually have a good quality internet connection and have been playing with my clan with no issues all day.

However, I agree that other people may be having issues, but you need to understand when it's a problem on your end, which in this situation, it is.

I have experienced the same issue with the d/c's. I have my Internet modem on all day with multiple people using it and I have a wide variety of subscriptions services and online games. This is the only game that does this.

I find it funny that there is always at least one guy that says "Its not the game it's you, because I never saw this problem"

It is possible that your ISP is having DNS server issues. MHW phones home a lot and if DNS is sketchy it doesn't try again like it should, it just fails. Comcast was having DNS issues about a month ago and it was very noticeable in MHW with a lot of disconnects on hunts and in "town."

This is the 2nd topic about this issue in the past 24 hours. Pretty sure the servers just haven't been doing great the last couple of days. I usually have one DC when I play for a couple of hours. Not terrible but it is annoying.

Well then I think you've found your problem. Thank me later.
