I don’t remember the last time I actually ran out of a resource lol. But ATKT pretty much showered me in new weapons and I’ve been augmenting like crazy.

What’s the current best (non event) method for farming them these days?

Dude, same especially because I augment 3 different ways for a single weapon I ran out if the yellow stones for R8s.

Tempers are the only way rn otherwise Archs.

Tempered Elders. Just grind and grind and grind.

I dont know whether T2 or T3 investigations are better for Warrior stones now. It's probably still T3. But it is investigations, at any rate, and not Arch TEDs and T-Jho. Drops from the latter are sporadic and they're lengthier quests besides.

I think one problem is that T3s have a higher chance of stones, but they also have a higher chance of the party wiping. That's a serious concern when playing with randoms.

T3s are better for stones. T2s are only better for decorations when you no longer need stones.

That really depends. I have seen more people wipe to Bazel or Azure Rath than Vaal, not counting AT-Vaal.

I agree, I personally can stomp on most T3’s except Lunastra/Deviljho in less than 5 mins solo. Bazelgeuse, Black Diablos, Azure Rathalos, Lavasioth all give me a harder time than T3 investigations.
