It's like the Tide. Water. Ocean. Basically the theme of all of Spira.

Also Teedus sounds like a lil b**** character which I guess he is but I'm sure they never intended that.

Yeah! It's "Tie-dus" like Kingdom Hearts II says it. NOT "Tee-dus", we don't say "Tee-fa" do we?

I say both but it's Tee-Duhs. They even say it in the game.

Several of the games pronounce it "teedus,"
but I prefer "tide us," given how water-themed FF X was.
