I’m currently planning a new pawn and was going to base her on my second hunter in monster hunter and in that I like to use all weapons with her so was thinking about making a pawn that can use all vocations at 200.

Does anyone know the best route to take for a good balance at 200? This is what I came up with after a quick look
https://stackoverflow.github.io/dragons-dogma-stat-planner/#as000000230a2d000000000000004024000000

Is is worth losing some strength and magick for better defence?

On pawns probably not but I would rework your physical to magic ratios.

That nigh be a bit more effective for you as magic doesn't require as much investment to be more effective. Things tend to have lesser magic resistance than you'd need really high magic for.

This is the 550 strength, 550 magic pawn build. Hp is 3984 and stamina is something like 3985 (for some reason the stat planner doesn't get stamina calculation right)!

You've probably already seen it, but just in case you haven't!

Base stamina varies by weight: http://dragonsdogma.wikia.com/wiki/Stat_Growths

You were probably using an SS sized pawn for the stamina to be 3980.

Here is the 4k/4k 550/550 build just a bit different than the one you posted.
