The title is Jojo's Bizarre Adventure: Breakdown, which is going to take place in the Diamond is Unbreakable arc (since the first Jojo's Bizarre Adventure fighting game took place in the Stardust Crusaders arc).

The gameplay is going to be set in a four-player free-for-all. The last fighter remaining in the match claims victory. There are four life meters at the corners of the screen: Player 1 (top-left), Player 2 (top-right), Player 3 (bottom-left), and Player 4 (bottom-right). Between Player 1's and Player 2's life meters is the time limit that shows in minutes (for example, the timer reads 3:00 so it's three minutes). Between Player 3's and Player 4's life meters is a rectangular radar that shows which players are on the North Point of the arena and which ones are on the South Point of the arena. The Heart Heat Gauge appears below your life meter while the Stand Gauge appears circular (surrounding your character's portrait) on the left of the life meter and Heart Heat Gauge.

All fights begin with the word "Breakdown" appearing on-screen for a brief second prior to the word itself shattering (just like in the Great Days opening sequence of the JBA anime).

The buttons are: Light Punch (LP), Light Kick (LK), Heavy Punch (HP), Heavy Kick (HK), Stand (S), and Reverse (R).

BASIC MOVES
Turnaround: R
Dash: 4, 4 or 6, 6
Push Block: LP + HP while blocking
Safe Fall: LK + HK when hit in midair
Launch Attack: 2 + HP
Super Jump: 2, 8
Sidewise (move between the North Point and South Point of the arena): LP + R
Sidewise Attack (move to opposite point, coming in with an attack): LK + R
Sidewise Smash (knock opponent to opposite point): HK + R
Throw: 6 + HP / HK near opponent (HP throws switch sides with opponent)
Tech Hit: 6 + HP / HK when grabbed
Dodge: LP + LK
Guard Cancel: HP + HK while blocking (requires one Heart Heat Gauge level)
Taunt: HP + R

Moves involving Stands
Toggle Stand on/off: ST (orange Stand Gauge means Stand on, purple Stand Gauge means Stand off)
Stand Combo: LP, LK, HP, HK
Control Stand: P + ST (works with some characters)
Stand Appearance Attack: LK + ST
Tandem Attack: HK + ST (keep holding ST, input special moves, then release ST)
Double jump and air dashes are available to certain characters in case of Stand turned on. Most characters' Stands are assist-based, while some characters have weapon-based Stands, and the rest have passive stands (meaning extra attacks done using the Stand button).

Heart Heat Attacks each cost one level from your Heart Heat Gauge. Great Heat Attacks also cost one level from your Heart Heat Gauge, but can only be done when there are two characters left in the match, since Great Heat Attacks can be cinematic if the initial hit connects.

Game modes include Story, Scenario (single-player arcade-style mode), Versus (up to four players), Training, Challenge (come in two-character, three-character, and four-character varieties), and Trial (hosted by a 79-year-old Joseph Joestar).

How would you react if Capcom could make another Jojo-based fighting game like this?
Dear Nintendo, please make Super Mario World 3... and a beat 'em up game that can compete with Sega's Streets of Rage 4!

I wouldn't play it. We need a capcom game of Elektra. Elektra is the punisher's gf. Psylocke can be player 2.

So... Eyes of Heaven, but only Part 4? Pass.

I mean, I wouldn't mind a 2D fighting game based on Part 4. Especially if it had HD hand-drawn sprites instead of 3D models. But this just doesn't sound worth it.

So the topic is a lie. This isn't about people's reactions but, rather, about your fantasy fighting game idea. Why even do the whole lying thing?

Yes, of course. It's going to be like Guilty Gear Isuka, but more bizarre... Jojo style!
