Battle of the full VA

Recent comment in Thrasher's 3H troll thread, I saw praise for 3Hs voice cast (which for the most part, I do like). But... which game done it better?

I remember for Valentia, the VA was considered one of the best biggest highlights of the game (for better or worse lol!)

IMO, Valentia is gold standard of anime voice acting right now.

Erica Lindbeck, 9S guy, Ian Sinclair "UNCLE"... But that's just me. What do you think?!
Probably awakening. Because Chrom is hot. Idk 😐

SoV and its not a contest. You can tell they put actual efforts into voice acting in it, even English VA.
It's Zinie~

I appreciate both. Are they that much different in VA quality?
Shion Sonozaki is the best

SoV by a pretty significant margin, but that’s because it was so exceptional, not because Three Houses is bad. Both are great, SoV is just in its own class.
Top 10: TP > BotW > BD > BS: EL > DQIX > ALttP > FFXIII > HK > FE: Fates > Pokemon D/P/P

Well for one, Echoes I think had snappier dialogue, much thanks to 8-4.

Wendee Lee’s voice direction seemed to try and capitalize on that by injecting as much wit and charm as possible with a more light-hearted groove

These are some examples: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ol-8pqwCqUI&t=1m16s

Three Houses meanwhile was stuck with Treehouse and while most of it fine, there are plenty of moments where it comes off as really flat.

And it seems that translated to the voice acting as well; Seitz has done fine work in directing Heroes and 3H, but I found compared to the ones done with 8-4, those games end up with voice acting that only shines in the heavily emotional bits (Dimitri being a prime example)

Cause it’s when the more grimdark tone with much less levity from working with Treehouse there is a lot less dynamic feel, and as such it comes off as more bland
My questions can be stupid questions. But the way I see it, the internet is the home of stupid questions.

Yah gonna also have to echo Echoes.

There are just consistent knock out performances from each cast member.

And Ian Sinclair. Holy s*** is his performance nothing short of amazing.

Also 8-4 seems to be a much more competent localization studio since there are pretty clear cues of voice direction with the actors whereas 3h, while still a fantastic localization, suffers from treehouse choices
Edeleth is love in its' purest form.
Rhea is love at its' hottest.
What this really boils down to is which is better between these:

Count on lancer twinks to have a spotlight stealing voice actors
