Bad day for growth units

Rules
1. The game is being played on Lunatic Mode (H3).
2. Male Reclass Limits are unlocked.
3. Rainbow Potion, Lunatic Boosters, forging and the Drill Grounds are allowed. Make sure to take the opportunity costs into account!
4. Units will be tiered according to their capacity to contribute in completing the game in an efficiency setting.
5. Efficiency: playing the game at a brisk pace. The player is focused on completing the maps quickly and reliably instead of doing things that go against this principle, such as grinding every reinforcement for EXP. The player is not necessarily aiming for the lowest turncount. As such, optional objectives that effectively rise the minimal possible turncount for the map, such as getting all the treasure, may be completed at the player's discretion. All Gaidens are assumed to be played.
6. Contributions during the prologue are taken into account.
7. Bonus clock features ("How's Everyone") are not considered.
8. Online Shop is banned.

Other:
-All characters are assumed to be recruited.
-Recruitment costs are not taken into account.
-Ratings will be tallied after 3 days.
-ALWAYS HIGHLIGHT RATING IN BOLD. I will not count votes that fail to comply with this rule.
-Remember: Warp doesn't exist in this difficulty.

Description for each tier:
-S tier: Essential for efficient play, these units fill invaluable niches and are the best at their job. Their strengths far outweight any flaws that they might have.
-A tier: Great choices for efficient play, these units fill good niches and perform their role really well. Their flaws don't hold them back significantly.
-B tier: Decent choices for efficient play, not necessarily the best picks for every map or the best at their job but they can definitely help. Somewhat held back by their flaws.
-C tier: Alright for efficient play, they can be useful if used properly or given the proper investment but are not as good in the long term or as immediately useful as the units in the higher tiers. Their flaws don't invalidate them but they definitely hold them back.
-D tier: Questionable choices for efficient play, these units need more work put into them just to become adequate at contributing and their niche might not be all that necessary either. Their flaws are notorious but not crippling enough to make them unusable.
-E tier: Bad choices for efficient play, these units struggle to be of any use and take too much investment to be truly worth it. Their strengths simply don't make up for their flaws.
-F tier: Meme-worthy choices for efficient play, these units can't really contribute anything of value. Their flaws make them a pain to use.

Tiki
I'm actually convinced that she doesn't do anything of value, basically a Bantu with better bases and actual growths but still, Bantu is Bantu. At best, she could finish a dragon in her joining chapter and things don't improve from there with every ch15 ORKOing her. 6 mov, no range attacks, no relevant dragon enemies until ch21. The only way to make her "viable" (as viable as a unit with 6 mov, 1-range lock and no utility outside of combat can be) is with the drill grounds (or the arena if you want to trade a deployment slot and a bunch of turns for money), especially since the enemies get generated based on her stats without taking the bonuses from her stone into account, making them weak. No real payoff since Nagi is good enough against the ch23 dragons and she even has low enough luck to bait a meteor comfortably (she still baits them after RP with a reduced CoD). Her stone also sells for some decent money. F

Est
The worse choice in the prologue compared to Cain who is much bulkier but at least she has that? Not sure if that's enough to bump her up. Her advantages such as a decent lance rank and enabling the triangle attack simply pale in the face of being so underleveled with bad base stats. Not impossible to train from what I've seen, but she won't be outperforming anyone who you've been using since long before she joins. Unless you sandbag them of course. F

Tier placements so far

F: Matthis, Yubello, Samto, Radd, Bantu

Tiki: B rank. Excellent for exterminating dragons later on, and can deal some damage for finishing weakened enemies.

Est: E rank. Joins way too late to make good use of her great growths.

F for both.

Tiki joins at the end of the point in the game where she'd actually be useful, Nagi does her thing better when the dragons do return, and against non-dragons she just gets her ass completely destroyed six ways to sunday.

The changes in the dragon mechanics from FE3 just dooms Tiki on all difficulties, sadly. It's a shame, being able to control a dragon would have been a great payoff to all the nonsense we endured during the Anri's Way arc.

Excellent for exterminating dragons later on, and can deal some damage for finishing weakened enemies.
You'd just be training her to do the same thing Nagi already does for free. Also training her is a complete nightmare, just in ch15 she gets doubled and orkoed by literally every enemy on the map. Everything doubles her, including the armors and ballista.

Oh and Est is complete garbage, as Ests always are. Atrocious bases for her join time and not worth the monumental effort to train.
Any contact with the chamber floor will result in an 'unsatisfactory' mark on your official testing record followed by death. Good luck!

Tiki is pretty damn bad like, she can do some work in ch 14 but past that she's just OOOF like she gets ohkoed and doubled by basically anything and it takes quite a while for there to be new dragon enemies (until ch 21) so there's basically no point in using her past ch 14 F Rank

Est be having em usual est problems of late join and bad bases, sure she's fun to use but not worth it in an efficiency setting F Rank

Even in ch14 you probably won't need her help. The reinforcements don't catch up immediately to your army so yeah

Luckily for Tiki, ballistae can't double in these games. I think the ones on ch15 miss the OHKO on her just barely?

Oh, I've legitimately never been a position where they otherwise would lol.

Hmm, at most she kills one or two ice dragons, and they're not all that dangerous since they're fairly slow.

Actually, I'm gonna change my vote for Tiki to E tier.

At least on H3 she can theoretically one-shot dragons since her base str is only 2 less than Nagi so she somewhat replicates her performance with an extra energy drop. She'll get blown to smithereens by the siege sorcs without a robe and unlike Nagi she can't survive a round with mage dragons if they get to hit her, but... well, it's something.

If this was H4 then it'd be F tier, but it's not.

E Tier for Tiki

She can help take out dragon reinforcements in Chapter 14 and can also help in Chapter 21+ with dragons, although Nagi makes her kind of redundant by that point.

F Tier for Est.

Her archetype sucks too.

Tiki - E tier. Can't really do anything till ch21 then does big damage vs dragons, OHKOing wyverns and KOing mage and fire dragons with assisted longbow chip. In ch22 she can OHKO mage dragons with energy drop and RP which is surprisingly not that contested due to ch21 secret shop. She's like marginally worse than Nagi but I also think Nagi is pretty decent.

Est - F tier. Really debating how much credit to give her for being able to set up triangle attack since it's very situational and her combat is worthless otherwise.
