Assumptions:
- Hector Hard Mode
- Unranked
- No going super slow and abusing stuff like arena, bosses, etc.
- Lyn mode is played and in a similar manner to HHM (unranked, no going super slow or boss abuse).
- Each unit is assumed to be recruited, so don't vote Geitz, Harken, Karel, or Karla bottom tier for the sole reason that they're impractical to recruit.

I say Upper Mid

She's a flyer with really solid bases and while I don't think her combat is that impressive she is still decent enough. Also unlike Harken she has a little bit more utility than kill stuff so even though she joins late she can still have a useful niche

Probably Mid-tier all things considered. Really strong flier, but has some really big issues with Aid stat which limits rescue utility, and her availability kinda blows. Probably the highest tiered unit left though.
[obligatory Flight/10]

Her bases are all right, though she does come in quite late, so she's not going to get to do much.

I say Upper-Mid, though you could also make a case for regular Mid.

Middle, maybe lower mid. She's very good at combat...in two chapters. Joins too late to do more than minor clean up in 29, won't be used in 30, 31x is Battle Preparations, needs two points of strength over base to 2HKO Kishuna in 32x with Brave Lance + Fila's Might (not likely), has speed issues in Final even against the non-speedsters (if she doesn't level up speed at some point Brendan even doubles her, which isn't too likely granted) so she's only good, not great, here despite huge strength. She's great in 31 and very good for 32, can't Rescue many people but Fila's Might + Brave Lance kills Limstella and she can be positioned to get there on her own, saving you a Warp use. And...that's her existence. Hard to be high up the list when you get to be great in literally one chapter, very good in one more and good in a third.

I don't think warp skipping levels is part of an efficiency playthrough. It's not LTC

Warp is a super powerful tool that exists, it can hardly be called efficient if you're deliberately ignoring the most efficient tool in existence. There's literally no reason to not Warp Hector into seize range in Victory or Death (the downside is...you get stuck fighting waves of boring reinforcements...?) and there's no reason to even bother with anything of substance in 32x if you even go there when it's just a boring crit fest where you either use Iron Rune on one person for all combat or just gamble, Swordslayer is the only thing of actual interest if you want it for the Reed bros and you can get that with a turn 1 boss kill anyway.

I didn't say you wouldn't use it, I said skipping whole ass levels with it is a LTC strat, and this topic series is explicitly not rating units based on LTCs.

How? Efficiency is also about clearing chapters as quickly and consistently as possible and like he said you might as well warp skip the last few levers

You don't really need to "Warpskip" 32, but the Chapter is designed for you to Warp Hector up so you don't get bogged down in the forest.

That's the end of the game, you should hit up the villages with fliers and have Pent use his A staves to avoid a bunch of pointless combat you don't need.
