Where is he? I'm assuming the casino level has one as the other 4 worlds also had one.

Eh, I found the Kartos challenge to be a lot more frustrating than the boss itself, which was easily the hardest in the game for me.

I found them both quite challenging.
I think having them back to back just makes it draining.
Maybe if the challenge was easier, the boss wouldn't be as annoying.

I mean, building a boss around a bad shooting mechanic just seems bad design to me.

You can just come back to the boss later after completing the kartos challenge
