Let's not forget that Sakura came from a regular non ninja family

She had no hax genes yet through hard work, she became Kage Level. The only good qualities she had were her smarts and better than average chakra control before she started training seriously.

Too bad in part 1 she was lazy, unwilling to train and learn jutsu. Her personality was just awful, she hits her allies more than she hits her enemies. Good thing in part 2 she became a better character and in Boruto way better.

Although Sakura hasn't shown any unique skills that Tsunade doesn't have. She seems like a exact copy of Tsunade.
Although Sakura didn't take any shortcut to get powerful, which is a good thing. No one can take away Sakura powers.

She has a minor one: The projectile shockwave punch that she used to destroy that chunk of falling stadium, in the bort movie.

that isn't a thing. it's some random anime thing. like i recall anbu kakashi arc chidori have some weird properties where he blasted through a tree and a guy and caused a explosion from a distance. She probably did punch the falling debri. you just couldn't see it because the animation skipped it or she was too fast.

Sasuke said instead of obsessing over him, Sakura should train yet she didn't train or learn Jutsu until Sasuke left the village in part one.

The only skill Sakura had was laying traps and probably normal clones.

Naruto had Shadow Clone, Summoning Jutsu and Rasengan. Sasuke had elemental jutsu, sharingan and other skills I can't remember in part 1.

Other character they learn powerful Jutsu and train, even character who failed trains and learn jutsu.

its not a ability. you're just misinterpreting. she can't punch people like that. its definitely not a projectile. Also Sakura ain't ever gonna fight so who cares. what you call a air pressure punch is a outlier that will literally never show up because Sakura is busy playing housewife. I doubt the writers actually intended that to be a ability.

Good lord the bar is on the ground for what it takes to be Kage Level.

She punches harder than Ay (4th Raikage), has broken healing due to the seal, and has Katsuyu as a boss summon. How is that not Kage Level?
