So who exactly is on the Orioles?

Chris Davis is for another four years at $23 million per season.

So who exactly is on the Orioles? They lost Machado last season, Jones is on Arizona and Britton is on the Yankees. Those were their three best players at one point up until a season and a half ago.

This is a divisional rival and I literally can’t name anyone on that team without looking at their roster. Is JJ Hardy still on the team?

Getting rid of waiver trades makes sense, but I'm gonna miss the complex deals a little bit.

As long as we still have teams trying to dump salaries on waivers, hopefully we can have Alex Rios situations out there.

No more 40 man rosters in September...nah, that's weak.

Really disappointed to see the waiver trade deadline end. Dunno why but making big moves on The Show with a small market team to lessen the salary hit was oddly satisfying.

I still want the Sox to bring him back last minute if he panics and drops his asking price.

Dombrowski has probably run the numbers and found that the difference between Kimbrel closing and Matt Barnes closing is maybe 3 games, and won't keep us out of the playoffs. And since Cora patched together innings from his starters all playoffs last year, they just assume they can do it again so they don't need to invest in a particularly deep bullpen if the rotation and lineup can carry you to at least a WC spot.

I still would feel better if he came back though.
