  3. So who said Beerus was allowed to train Vegeta in Hakai?

Belmod was retiring and presumably he had permission to train a replacement as Toppo was an offical GoD candidate. Vegeta isn't. He's just a random dude. So can Beerus train any one he wants in this deadly divine art? Can he train a whole army in Hakai? It seems really easy and quick to learn. So is he allowed to do that? If he can train Vegeta without anyone telling him he can, it seems so.

So whats the point of having one Hakaishin per Universe and one Angel to one Hakaishin oversight which is life bonded to one Supreme Kai, if any a****** can just be trained in Hakai and gain Hakaishin tier powers from that? Those seem to be deliberate safety measures and precautions against abuse of power.

Vegeta might rival Belmod/Jiren based on if he does well against Granolah.

Beerus said so.

It’s clear GoDs and Kais are allowed to be as incompetent as they want without any interference until Zeno decides it’s erasure time lol

U7 had the second worst mortal ranking in the multiverse because Beerus sleeps so much and destroys civilizations over dumb crap

And then Gowasu might as well have gotten an entire timeline erased lol

No doubt there are rules and regulations but if Beerus is breaking any right now has yet to be seen

Why is there only one GoD per universe then with 1 to 1 Angel oversight and assistance and a life bond with Supreme Kais if any one's allowed to be trained in Hakai? That set up doesn't seem like anything goes.... but anything goes. So why not have no rules and say do whatever you like with destruction and creation have as many or as few as you like, if thats effectively whats allowed anyway?

I have no idea dude lol logically speaking yes one GoD per universe seems to make sense but apparently simply teaching Hakai is ok or Beerus just doesn’t care/ doesn’t think he’ll get caught.

In the anime Sidra gave his goon a Hakai ball to assassinate a member of a rival competitors team and nobody gave af or even mentioned it if I recall correctly. It was just whatever lol

ToP arc s***ters are completely surpassed and aren't worth mentioning.

If Vegeta remotely does anything against Granolah he's already stronger than Angel Moro.

DarthAya44 is still one of those people who thinks Liren is relevant to the current power scale lmao @SupremeGod91

TC, these guys break even the “established” rules all the time. Whis literally reset time itself to help Goku cheat the win against Frieza. Does Beerus teaching a mortal Hakai surprise you?

It was established in the Zamasu arc that there is very little divine oversight among the gods and angels. They are not all knowing and all of them “cheat” at their leisure. Remember Sidra trying to assassinate Frieza to take U7 out of the ToP? Pretty sure Zenno wouldn’t have been cool with that, but he also likely never would have found out and just erased U7 for being short a member, as Whis warned
