Congrats to our 2017 winner, BITTER! He had 36 and no one else even came close.

The rules are simple, just review a game that fits into one of these categories and post a link to your review so we can read it. You can only claim one category for each game, so plan strategically! Or don't and switch things around later, we aren't very big on rules here.

My goal is to hit 25. That's two reviews a month plus one bonus one somewhere. That's...much higher than my pace basically every other year, but maybe I should just start playing shorter games. >_>

47. Review a game that can't technically be beaten

Is that a game without certain beginning and ending? For instance, The Sims and Sim City?

I think last year I used an old arcade-style game that didn't end, just looped forever until you ran out of lives, but those would work, sure.

These aren't super strict requirements or anything, just explain why you think it counts when you post the review and that should be good enough!

Like BITTER said, this is just for fun so I'm really not going to argue with you if you think it fits the qualifications. We just do this to read each others reviews and maybe review some games we wouldn't have otherwise!

Basically anything that doesn't really have an ending is fine. Multiplayer focused games (TF2, Evolve), simulation games (Sims, Sim City), games where you try and just get a high score (Pac Man, Donkey Kong), or basically anything that has any sort of endless mode is all fine.

#29: Review a game with a non-white lead
Uncharted: The Lost Legacy

Uncharted-lite but still Uncharted. Fun game with some really good moments, including man amazing finale and great open chapter in the middle. At the same time though it feels like there is about a third of the action here as is in most action games. Also, Nadine is awful as a sidekick and whoever voiced her had a hard time with the accent so it sounds kind of silly at times. Still recommend it though!

Well, I'm not likely going to go out of my way for this but it may be interesting to participate.

Anyway, i will count my most recent review for "a game that can't technically be beaten."

Alright, first one down.

1. Review a game released before 1990 - Fantasy Zone (SMS) - released 1986. Enjoyable and colourful, yet very challenging horizontal shooter.
