Randomly looking at some of my maps I noticed a few (so far) was deleted. They were for Silent Hill Orphan (or Mobile) 1 & 2 for the Mobile. Maps for the first game was posted years ago, and the second game was within the last year. I have also noticed a couple written walkthroughs (that others have made) were also removed, one of which was for Silent Hill Orphan. Now I could accept that the creators of those walkthroughs wanted them removed. But since I never requested to have mine removed, I'm wondering if they were accidentally removed as well. I have no issues resending them in, but I am wondering what caused this?

Probably a problem report. I don't think you get a notification if something has been removed.

I got a notification just yesterday that a contribution of mine had been removed, but it didn't say which one. Using the Wayback Machine led me to discover it was a cheat describing how to earn crowns in Sudoku Master for the DSi (which in hindsight, probably shouldn't have ever been put there, but that was many years ago, you can't even buy the game anymore).

It'd be odd if things were different between cheats and FAQs, since the notification only said contributions.

I saw that the Silent Hill Mobile faqs were updated to say they are now published in 1999 (about a decade before the game was released), but there are no maps. Weird.

Did you find the reason?
Contrary to popular belief, dying is NOT cool.

Something about being unlinked. I can't find the response to find the feedback ticket.
