In my honest opinion, the main point of having monthly winners is because it's announced monthly, not in a group of three or six months. In case of CotM, if the money is the issue of why it can't be announced monthly, it's better if the prize money is removed as well. Unlike Bounties where the writers expect to earn money after writing the guides, "Contribution" means we do it without expecting any prize.

If the prize money were removed from CotM, and it were still difficult to make monthly announcement for those three contests, why don't change the "of the month" to something else like "of the semester" or "of the year"? Therefore, it's not necessary to post the winners in a group of months but rather the whole winners in a group. Like 5 CotM winners in Q1 2021 or 20 FotM / RotM winners in a semester.
First FOTM won 05/26/2017, FOTM wins/attempts: 4/5, first ROTM won 01/06/2018, ROTM wins/attempts: 1/5
First COTM won 08/10/2018, COTM wins: 3

We've actually already had talks of adding MORE "otMs". You all have to remember that RV has only owned this site for less than a month, so getting a lot of these things set up takes time because of how many legal, technical, etc issues there are behind them. They are also transitioning over many more brands aside from us, so everyone's working overtime to try to get things back to a regular pace. I had to put CotM on hold once the buyout talks started, and as mentioned before the F/R ones simply fell off the radar with everything else that was going on. Things will get back to normal, and will actually be a lot better, but it's gonna take a bit to get there. We already have a lot of ambitious work on our plates and we're adding more weekly. RV has an enthusiasm for our gaming brands that CBSi never really had, which is pretty awesome.

Good news, all. It sounds like we should be able to begin onboarding authors into the new program by the end of next week at the latest, barring any unforeseen complications. We'll have to manually handle those who are awaiting payments already, but all future payments should be automated after we finish getting the automaton set up.

So can you clarify how the process would work from now on? I'm not particularly asking for the payments being waited on, but how the bounties will be handled from now on in general.
Based on your earlier explanation it will basically be the same system but now we have a specific "pay day". Also you mentioned needing to resubmit some paperwork and information could you clarify this as well?
I may need to prepare some things on my end depending.

To the best of my knowledge, you'll need to fill out a new W8ben/W9 and there will be other paperwork that I don't know about involved as well. That part isn't handled by me, but I'm hoping they'll walk me through it before the onboarding starts so I know what is expected from everyone.

The main difference that most will benefit from is that as soon as I mark your guide as Complete, it will flag to them that you need to be paid (once the automaton is set up, which shouldn't take long). Like I mentioned, there will be a weekly payday (I want to say it's Friday since that's when I get paid but unsure). Anyone who has been flagged as needing to be paid will get paid that day, so in theory it should be less than a week between completion and payment.

I've been holding off on adding new bounties as well until this is all set up so that future bounties will be automated. I'm hoping I can launch a bunch of new bounties when it's set up.

Aw and here I was hoping we could go for a clean slate and someone would finally snap up the banger that is Empire of Sin.
