FAQ Bounty payouts on hold until January

@SBAllen Letting you know the money popped into my account this morning.
Do you know why it took a week after the tab invoice said "Paid"? Or why it took 2 days past the deadline for even that to appear?
What exactly happened this time around?

The former would have to be related to your bank, because they won't mark it as Paid until they paid it and from there, it's just a wire from their bank to yours. The latter? That I don't know, unless the due date ended on a weekend and there wasn't anyone around to handle it until the following Monday, but imo they should've handled that on Friday. I can pass the complaint up the chain if you'd like me to.

@SBAllen That is the part im not getting cuz i was checking up till thursday and my bank apparently hadnt gotten any payments until then, they may have gotten it on friday for all i know and credited it just today (I'll check and get back to you). But then it would have still taken several days to get to them.
I'll just hope this was some random human error somewhere and it doesnt repeat but yes i'd appreciate it if you could, in general my issue aside, i dont think it would be good if multiple bounty authors ended up having this kind of issue often, so it would help the future improvement of the process.

@SBAllen Just letting you know to be safe that the last payment for the Nier guide came through a few days ago (i just noticed it now)
Btw, this has been on my mind but is there a reason why the bounty page has been almost entirely blank for nearly 2 weeks?
