Got a new laptop finally. Should be able to do some stuff now without worry about glitchiness and freezing issues.

FP: Gonna christen this lappy with a Days Gone game script, just for the hell of it

NP: Dinosaur Jr. - I Met the Stones

FP: I found a batch of games I'm hyped to write walkthroughs about, so I figure I may as well make them HTML walkthroughs and let images speak some of the words, as well as link to YT videos I'm making where appropriate. I'll be checking out examples to fathom the possibilities but let me know if you have any HTML favs that I should check out.

GP: I played Snatcher for Sega CD recently. What a bonkers swing for the fences on Kojima's part. I may prefer this over any of his other work.

LP: We're getting ready to return to the office. It's all being done safely of course, but I'm looking forward to not work in the place where I live. (Recognizing that I am v privileged to be in a place where I could do that.)

I just saw this, my condolences.

Got myself a new computer today, after my laptop of nearly 2 years and crapped on me. Looking at trying to pick back up with any guides.

LP: Had learned in the past couple of days my one aunt passed way after being involved in a car crash due to a seizure.

I'm sorry to hear that, Warhawk. My condolences to you as well. I lost a grandma and aunt this past year so it seems like the year just had it out for us. We do the best we can to remember them.

FP: Finished Crossroads of Time, moving on to Harbinger. The image gathering wasn't as arduous as I expected if I pull from a recorded playthrough. There were still some kinks and fussing about with images which I've hopefully ironed out in this new process.

GP: Just DS9 games. I expect it's all I'll play for the next month or two.

LP: I indulged in some especially dry and tough jerky. The good stuff. Simple pleasures, you know.

FP: Finished Harbinger. Think I'll take a break before the next one.

GP: Looking forward to (finally) checking out What Became of Edith Finch.

LP: Returned to the office this past week after getting the vaccine back in March. Riding the train again didn't feel that different, although the nearly empty parking lots and train cars is a weird incentive.

^ Of course I meant What Remains of Edith Finch. It was great!

FP: Started on The Fallen. Just vid capture and playing through, jotting down those high level walkthrough notes.

GP: This is the second DS9 game in which the devs lean into the horror aspect of a spaceship (at least for the first level). Just a lonesome ship out there in the dark.

LP: I've been subsisting on burritos all year. It's going well. They are truly a super food.

Oh, well you know, an interesting work on which to ruminate.

FP: The Fallen has turned out to be a real doozy. Surprisingly lengthy.
GP: ^ That'll do.
LP: Mornings might never be for me. :(

Started the outline to the guide over the weekend, as I got a start on the beginning of the game written into it.
