The 64 failed due to the cartriges. No other reason. Who would want to pay $70 for something that you can get for $40? As for the Saturn, I guess the lack of a good Sonic game killed them off. They probably should have released the Saturn with a Sonic title as well as a Virtua Fighter one... and had more than 2 games for the first few months of their existance.
You know, even today I wouldn't want to spend 70 bucks on a game, despite the games being bigger and longer and having better graphics these days (usually). No way! Yeah, Sega made a big mistake not releasing a Sonic game when the Saturn was first released. Month after month Sega fans would complain about that years ago.
They were going to release one on Saturn, but it got cancelled for some stupid reason. Oh well. As for the N64, Superman 64 cost $80 when it came out. Thats about all that needs to be said about cartriges.
Go to youtube. Plenty of people have revivewed it and have hated it. Hell, the game just looks boring. Crappy fog with about 3 buildings and tons of rings everywhere... I feel sorry for anyone who bought that game.
Oh my freakin' god! LOOK at all those 1 and 2 ratings for the game on this site! Wow. It's not very super after all. There's also a lot of people on the message boards, apparently only there because they're interested to see how bad the game really is. I should go there and pretend like it's a great game and make everyone throw up!
