Eh, it sort of made up for the censorship that was done between Duke Nukem 3D and this version. Basically all the "adult" themes and humor was toned way the hell down, removing any hints of the theater in the first stage playing porno's (posters on the walls showed this, as well as a video of a stripper being on the screen when you open the curtains), the bookstore in stage two being a porno shop (I actually don't remember what it was changed into, but in the original game, there were magazines and such showing this), and the strippers or any other "scantily clad" women in the game.
But in those places, the game was given even more awesome music, and secret/hidden areas or items that did not exist in the original game. In the first stage for example, the teleport to to the convenience store was not in the original game.

It's an alright version, and I almost prefer it over the original, but the original has it's funny moments. Not that all the adult themes were great or mandatory, but just my thoughts on the changes that happened.
