Today's patch has officially released a series of new ammo types that can be unlocked through Salvage and Rescue Missions. Alongside today's update was also the latest version of the previously released Metal Gear Survive reward/recipe lists that indicate where we can unlock the various items, with the latest additions being bolded and marked in the lists below with asterisks (notes: the 9x19mm Overpressure Rounds were previously legitimately obtainable by other means; the "Normal Arrow Special Quivers" are the regular quivers for normal arrows):

GRIM rounds have a 200% Attack Power Change and their listed perk, 'Invasive', says the "Critical hit rate of occurrence is extremely high", so on paper it looks like this type of ammo is kind of overpressure rounds on steroids, as in high base attack power but apparently without overpressure rounds' severe durability decrease penalty (I haven't tested the new ammo's durability decline yet) with the added bonus of a boosted critical rate (which might pair well with firearms with the Critical Boost-type perk setups).

However, unsurprisingly there's a but: GRIM rounds have some hefty crafting requirements that on the one hand are comparable to the overpressure round ones when it comes to the basic materials required (so a lot of gunpowder is needed) with the major exception that GRIM rounds require the Blue/Rare-level Tungsten Alloy material instead of lead; on the other hand GRIM rounds also have a substantial Kuban per round increase compared to more basic ammo types.

Overpressure rounds on steroids, alright! After testing the new GRIM rounds to witness their critical rate... it is 100% - they ALWAYS cause a critical hit!

GRIM rounds is what you'd get if your overpressure rounds always caused a critical hit on every shot, pretty cool.
