Not a excuse for not knowing the roots or the best gaming has to offer. Are you the sort of person to settle at HP books because Tolstoy has been dead for over a century? Shameful.
Ill add something here later....

Jokes aside, why are you being like this? You act as if I've insulted your favorite Transformer because my Beast Wars action figure is more cool (and it is).

And how do you suppose I came to those titles? I haven't played half of them. A basic trope search suffices: https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/TauntButton
Ignorance isn't an excuse in an age where information is at your literal fingertips.

Yet I cannot find a single other game that has done the OT+Delimb system. In terms of visual it is akin to a Fatality, but the similarities end there. The method (random chance do delimb, but some weapons and attacks have higher % chances), the gameplay around it (tactical dismemberment, don't kill some, moveset changes based on limbs lost, ai changes) etc, pretty unique. Dead Space had a similar mechanic, it could have inspired it since it was featured so heavily in its marketing, but I doubt it.

Im pretty sure some obscure game tried the system before NG, maybe it never got ported or the game flopped.

Cause you sound pretty salty these days as soy of cuck is a cinematic trash and Ninja Gaiden is in hiatus after 3 and Itagaki is not making any new games.

Meanwhile DMC and Bayonetta are getting sequels.

>If DMC innovated nothing then Ninja Gaiden innovated nothing.
Prove it? It took people pages to analyse each and one function of the game, do the same.

>Beast wars >>> Transformer
Always been, always will be.

>Delimb system in games.
Most of them are just there for the sake of flavor, none really come close to NG or Dead Space as far as to implementing it into the game as a core mechanic of gameplay, there was a game(Guts I believe) in production trying to be a meme fighting game where you can keep fighting without limbs but yeah everything else is mostly in flavor only unless stated otherwise.

>Im pretty sure some obscure game tried the system before NG,
Post it.

>maybe it never got ported or the game flopped
Good copout, maybe you were right if asian alien giant butterflies didn't kidnap the people in production of said games, how dare they.

>Raeng sounding salty
That Projection Bemo.

>Soy of cuck being cinematic trash
Yet you're the one that made the thread and you're the one bringing the soy talk while everyone else is just enjoying general action game talk.

>NG is on hiatus and Itagaki is not making new games.
It's okay, most people can live their remaining gaming years by playing old games(GamingBrit does it a lot), thankfully we can play games that were released before we were born(unlike someone else).

>DMC and Bayo getting sequels.
Why would that be a bad thing? Grow up past the fetishism of group ideologies and learn how to criticize certain aspects of something while enjoying others.

What's the first 3D beatemup to have juggling?

That would be DieHard Arcade. Which also happens to be the 1st Beat em Up to use texture mapped polygonal graphics. It also features wall rebounds.

Where were you people when I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED these games in this thread?
https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/boards/241018-devil-may-cry-5/76772239

I cant even dig out which was the first 3D action games with melee combat. I found games like Prince of Persia 3D, Tenchu Stealth Assasins and. . . Nigtmare Creatures.
Can someone help me with this?

One of life's great mysteries. It's the same old cycle and similar to dealing with a child. I assume it's an attention thing.

Im pretty sure some obscure game tried the system before NG,
Pretty sure with no knowledge whatsoever? Lol ok

Transformer because my Beast Wars action figure is more cool
YOU SHUT IT!

Cause you sound pretty salty these days
Better than your every day. Look at your topics.

as soy of cuck is a cinematic trash
So that would make you more salty seeing as you're constantly attacking the game?

Meanwhile DMC and Bayonetta are getting sequels.
Which we are all very happy about.

If DMC innovated nothing then Ninja Gaiden innovated nothing.
You know the normal response would be something like 'wow I didnt know about these old games. Thanks for the info' then maybe go try them out. But no you start attacking the series you know the person loves.

Can you tell me why Lollipop Chainsaw is a bad game yet? Or if an action can ONLY be good if it has jumping?

I love that DMC and Bayonetta are getting new games. I'm skeptical about parts of them, as one should be, but I'm glad they are getting love. Just because I don't think Devil May Cry innovated, doesn't mean I don't like it. I love DMC3 a lot, top 3 action games for me. A new Ninja Gaiden wouldn't be a good idea. Kamiya should stay away from Bayonetta and do something new again, Wonderful 101 was delightful.

The only saltshaker here is you Bemo, as always.
