1. Gerudo Lady? (mock offence) She has a name.
2. Revali fights by flying, windblight fights by creating twisters and stuff. if he didn't see that coming, he would be scooped up. Besides, who knows how difficult they were to fight 100 years ago, they were probably weakened by their fight with the Champions and Zelda holding back Ganon, which is why they were "easy"
Sorry don’t take so much offense. And also you have to remember Link is the chosen one. He was chosen by the master sword so there has to be a reason. And you do make a good point maybe the blights were stronger 100 years ago before Zelda started the sealing and the champions probably did weaken the blights in their battles. Though tbh all the boss battles like the blights and ganon himself are pretty easy compared to some of the other enemy fights and the random large enemies found while exploring. Granted you automatically know to shoot the head of whatever you’re fighting.

We have zero reason to assume the blights are any weaker or stronger when the champions vs link fought them. Or that any wounds the blights did take wouldn't have healed over 100 years.

However, the blights are pretty clearly supposed to be a big deal. Most zelda bosses are fairly easy to defeat, but in the context of the story they're supposed to be very dangerous.

Yea it’s just funny that silver moglins/lizalfos/etc are harder to kill than the blights. Not to mention lynels which I’ve never killed due to not being able to stun them.

Age of Calamity provides some insight into why the Champions did so poorly against the Blights, if we take its portrayals of each encounter as canon -- Waterblight froze all of the water in the room where it fought Mipha, restricting her mobility, Windblight and Fireblight kept their Champions on the defensive constantly, preventing them from fighting back, and as noted, Thunderblight moved too quickly for Urbosa to land a blow.

Link lost to the guardians because he was ptotrcting Zelda. He probably had to tank a bunch of hits for her. Revali has no reason to be c***y the blitzes were weak as f***, and even with tebas help he would’ve lost if link hadn’t shown up.

Note Revali's odd, out-of-place hair style, and note the colors he decorates it with. The only other time/place in LoZ four tails and green and yellow come together happens to be another bird that at one point, also performed a spiraling feat for covering significant vertical distance quickly.

My theory is that somewhere deep deep down, on some subconscious level, Revali remembers the time Link bludgeoned him to death with a hammer to the face. He might not consciously understand it, but there's something about Link and co that disturbs him.

Link gets bullied alot now that I think about it lol. Kinda ironic, he should stand up for himself more.
