I just got to a tropical looking rain jungle looking place and I'm expecting to see some dinosaurs or at least something different but no, still bokoblins and lizzalfos everywhere.

Just think for a moment, this is the people who bought us Pokémon, you'd think creating weird critters would be their forte.

Why did they just create only 3 or 4 enemy types for such a massive game which had such a large variety of fauna, npc races, and weapons. This game feels a little unfinished or half baked if you ask me.

Sheesh get a load of this person, maybe it's time you get off the internet and see the sun shine? Also when you have to list bees and chickens on your *ahem* enemy list, you know you're reaching and you're practically proving my point pumpkin lips.

Also you listed bokoblins twice because the skeletons bokoblins don't count, it's kudu padding.

Another thing, you see all the enemy's in the 1st few hours. No surprises, very bad way to keep the player surprised.

they focused on the complexity of their few main enemies rather than making a ton of simplistic ones

Oh, wow. He did list bees and cuccoos.

But he only listed Guardians once and they come in at least 4 varieties. So, I guess it's a wash.

Bokoblins
-Moblins
-Lizalfos
-Stalkoblins
-Hinox
-Stalhinox
-Lynels
-Chu chu
-Bees
-Keese
-Guardians
-Octorok
-Wizards
-Cucco

Dropping wildlife and stal variants this means all we actually have are

Bokoblin
Moblin
Lizalfos
Chuuchuu
Guardian
Hinox
Octorok
Guardians
Wizzrobes
Keese
Those rock things
Molduga
Blights

Like half of those are bosses or minibosses in set locations so they don't count as regular enemies. So we can cut them off as well leaving us with just

Bokoblin
Moblin
Lizalfos
Chuuchuu
Keese
Wizzrobe
Those little rock things
Guardians, at least the smaller ones

And...that's it

I dont think enemies being "minibosses in set locations is justifiable reason to cut them from the list. Most enemies in Zelda games are no better in that regard.
