The game is low budget and anyone who played the demos could tell it wasn't anything near a high quality title. The game is probably going to be 7.5/10 at best.

Gamexplain and IGN and all those review sites are something you need to stop going to.

IGN says God hand is a 3/10

Damn, NintendoFanboy gave it a 7/10. I don't know what to think now:

Conclusion
At its core Daemon X Machina is a solid mech action game that controls well and gives the player a generous helping of customisation options. Its mission structure can get repetitive, and its plot is so difficult to grasp it may as well be soaked in grease, but as long as you’re willing to put up with these and get through its initially bewildering array of gauges and icons you should have a good time with it.

Joys:
Controlling your mech is a breeze
A wealth of customisation options
Nifty cel-shaded, colourful look

Cons:
The mission structure gets repetitive
Plot is convoluted and cut-scenes are a little flat
Performance can drop during larger boss fights

Edit: I'll probably wait for a sale...

I hate to say it, but this game is going to bomb. Way too much high quality competition, and if the review scores aren’t there, people won’t bite. I mean, I’m still concerned about how Astral Chain is selling, and that game has a glowing reception. Not many will pick up DxM when it’s side by side with another recently released, better reviewed, Switch exclusive, sci-fi, action game.

Its sad that you need other people’s opinions to tell you what’s good or not

Basically, like all mech games, if you like mech games and dont care about mech game stories, then you'll like it.

The first review I see is a 90/100. Sounds like another great Switch exclusive.

Most of us don't, we just use other people's opinion to help us not waste time and money playing a mediocre game. Efficiency my dear hyperdimeduck. Efficiency.
