Not surprising since they are working on Animal Crossing New Horizons.

Yeah, I’m not surprised.

It’s still way too soon.

We don’t need anymore than one splatoon game per generation. I don’t even like the franchise tbh. Overrated but some people do. But I put it in the same bracket as Mario kart and smash. It’s pointless to have more than one per gen.

Hell I don’t even think we’ll see a new MK game for switch. Which kind of sucks because Mk8 is a Wii u port.

We will. MK is a cash cow and they can always port 9 to their new console. I'm guessing MK8 comes out late 2020 or early 2021.

I agree we don't need more than 1 Splatoon, smash or Kart per gen though.

Good.

I think Spla2oon still has a journey ahead before the end of the line, so it'll be too soon for them to think about Splatoon 3.

There was a 2 year wait between Splatoon 1 & Splatoon 2.

It's been 2 years since Splatoon 2 released. The final Splatfest for Splatoon 2 is coming up this weekend.

How exactly is it too soon? Seems like the perfect time for Splatoon 3.

Well Splatoon 2 has legs on a thriving system. Splatoon was for Wii U.

So what? The sequel was almost the exact same game as the first. I spent $60 on it and lost interest after a few days.
