I've been keeping track for my own collection purposes, and I realized that we've hit 500 this week with the release of Kirby: Star Allies.

It's amazing to me how much the Switch is being supported by indie and mobile developers. Some of the bigger 3rd parties are taking a bit longer, but I can wait.

I know haters are gonna call it 99% shovelware, but that's way exaggerating in my opinion. More games equals more variety equals more types of gamers happy. I know I'm having fun.

Anyway, what's everyone playing this weekend? Who's picking up Kirby?

2 things.

No, it isn't. The switch passed 500 games a while ago.

Second, I'll think about picking it up. The demo really didn't do much for me but not want to buy it.

Still pissed at Sega for not releasing classic bundle on Switch.

I am hoping they announce it later, like at E3 and make a big deal out of the portability or something.

It is seriously stupid if they do not give it a Switch release.

It's really not, seeing as how I could play the same games for much less, or even for free, on my smartphone. This shovelware only fills out the eShop with trash.

I'm getting Kirby today once UPS decides to deliver it. Anyway, yeah, over 95% percent of the Switch's library is underwhelming and doesn't count for s*** when it comes to the average gamer. So knowing there are 500 games and that most are underwhelming and not worth my time is kind of depressing.

what service is this info doing for me? Think you mean FYI

Also think you need a source for a claim like that.... and not you saying "i bought every game on the system so i counted" or some s***
It shows that I know that VGCharts is a VERY accurate gauge solely of physical sales - forte

If you rule out ports and indie shovel ware, it’s like the Swiich’s 10th game

So it's like any other console. Damn.

If only Nintendo forbade third-party devs from releasing games on the Switch, we wouldn't be in this situation. Grrrrr. Games I don't care for. ROARRR!
