  3. Same FGO account on both Android and iPhone?

I'm wondering if this idea would work to allow me to have the same FGO account playable on two different devices; I'm thinking of getting a cheap Android phone just to run FGA, because I don't want to switch completely to an Android phone. I know it's already possible to share an FGO account between iOS devices (ex. have FGO on iPhone #1, iCloud restore apps/data to iPhone #2, result is being able to play on iPhone #1, quit game, load on iPhone #2 and have updated server data reflecting iPhone #1 progress) but I'm wondering if the same can be done going to an Android phone.

My thought is that I would make an iCloud backup, use a transfer code to get my FGO account on the Android device, and then do an iCloud restore to get FGO back on my iPhone. Any idea if this would work, or if I would run into issues since they're not both iOS devices (or because I'd be using a transfer code)?

Pretty sure once you use a transfer code, the old device is de-registered no matter what.

You can transfer just fine, but an account will only work on one device at a time.

the only way you can have fgo on more then one device is cloning it from icloud or something, so basically you can only have it on 2+ apple devices, etc unless you have a way from putting icloud data on android devices. ( I do not mean the app, you have to clone your complete device data for it to work) even as a clone, as soon as you transfer, the clone sees it too even if yo have it off or w/e

Womp, I might look into getting a cheap Android tablet or phone or something to set up at my desk as a dedicated FGO device then, I rarely leave the house with 'rona stuff nowadays so I don't think it'd be the worst thing to have FGO tied to WiFi only and not on my phone.

I recently transferred my account from iOS to Android and back and everything transferred just fine, including all SQ. Only your settings don't transfer and have to be redone.

Think he meant all the Paid SQ will become Free SQ after transfer, like most mobile games.
Not sure whether this applies to FGO.
