I think there should be at least item randomizer inside the game made by devs, because after you beat it and got rocket launcher and gatling that it... No point to play it more... So replayability is not a big thing in this game.

Would you really want to play it again just because items are placed differently in each playthrough?

I could not disagree more. I've finished the game over fifty times and at least half of those were after I got all the infinite weapons.

Maybe not this game but A Link to the Past and Super Metroid randomizers are a blast.

Depends on the players.
The novelty of infinite weapons wears off after one playthrough or even halfway for me.
That's how it is for every RE game with bonus infinite weapons.
I always go back to non-bonus weapons.
My thoughts about Bioshock Infinite:

I do think the Hardcore mode should have been more like Madhouse in RE7. different item placements to make it a bit harder, but just random items would not really make it more fun. it would just mean more backtracking, which is not the most fun in RE games.

A randomizer would not be very good for this game. It's not Link to the Past. The games not very open. All you're gonna find is ammo and the wrong keys. Yeah, I'm not gonna checking every corner all over the police station in search of the 3 medallions to have to have to do all that again for the chess key plugs. Because everything is, you know what you need, and codes don't change up much the game is incredible to speed run. You wanna push yourself towards a new experience in the game try the weeklies. Those are very fun.

New enemies in new locations.

Mix enemy types in together more often. I feel like they were going for this when you see zombies and X going room to room but if you're any half decent player you already saw this and avoided it so you never had too many moments of mixing enemies types. They even sorta tease these moments like the Zombie in the G Adult path of death or X following Leon in the Ivy room but even then both are pretty avoidable.

Add the DLC enemies to the main game.
