I am almost f***ing broke from this month of games.

- Horizon Zero Dawn

-Switch Console + Zelda BOTW

-ME: Andromeda Preorder

I really hoped that Nier wouldn't get this high of a score so I could hold off on getting it in a few months (thought it'd get an 85-88 MC) , but with a current 94 grade...good Lord.

So from what I've heard is that you kinda beat the game in 10 hours or so and then you continue? I'm kind of confused.

Got nearly 50hrs on my first play through, not getting 100% on all side quests. I say nearly 60hrs if you're planning to complete everything. The devs also said 50-60 so it's about right. You can get the first credits roll in about 8-10 hours but you really do need to continue playing because the story doesn't end there. Even though you're not planning on doing the side quests and would prefer just following the story, it is nearly 20-30hours long depending on your pace.

Probably around 20 hour to see all the main story without side quest

I clocked 65 hour for 100% intel+quest+ending, but thats not counting the reloading save data for respawning harvest point/rare enemies, probably around 70 hour to complete everything (also depend on your luck with fishing lol)

Ohhhh this sounds heavenly. I love doing sidequests so this will net me a good amount of time. One more question, how deep are the RPG elements. My main complaints with a lot of ARPG nowadays is they streamline the stats and customization too much for the genre.

Unfortunatley the rpg element is indeed streamlined, straightforward leveling (no stat distribution), simple weapon upgrade and simple chip customization
Its toward more to action game, with open world and some rpg element on here and there

Also if you plan to do all the sidequest as soon as they are available you will be kinda overleveled for the whole game, I suggest playing on hard mode if you do that, if you play at normal mode you will be playing a "musou"/hack and slash game, mashing button and still win lol
But for me, I enjoy being overleveled on normal mode :p

I think 10+ hours is pretty much it though my first run was over 40 hours. Was trying to clear as much side quests as I could and a bit of chip farming.
Everything stemmed from Chaos, Aligned to Cosmos, Brought forth by Space, Woven with Time and Governed by Gravity.

I'm around 88 hours, but the majority of time I've spent yesterday has been trying to find elaborate gadgets for Pod upgrades.
