Okay I just started Knife of Dunwall and seem to be in the habit of "no detection, no killing" as that's what I just did for the main game. Are there any benefits to keeping up this style (achievements, etc) or should I just playthrough it however and enjoy it? Rather than constantly reloading, etc

I'd just play through and enjoy it. I tried doing that as well, reloading and trying not to kill anyone, got me irritated with the game though. So I started killing and progressing through the levels and it was awesome! I just finished the Brigmore Witches DLC and it's a must play after The Knife Of Dunwall. Finishes Daud's story nicely with where he ended in the original game. Levels and scenery were better too I thought.
