No glitch. The last tag is available at another location. If you don't mind story spoilers, this lp shows 4 of the final 5 tags. The fifth tag (Takuya Nishimura) is located in the rubble of the maze pit, along with the sparkly item (Tomoyuki Hamada's tag).

no. just westerm PSP version.

however,IIRC,all the handheld versions are vastly superior to the PC version
